Mike Tilton is an industry recognized innovator with a proven track record of launching multiple Blockbuster Brands. He has held Senior Executive positions within the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry and advised multiple start up and private equity organizations.
His forward thinking, guided by extensive experience in marketing, sales, managed markets and operations, has aided Mike in transforming organizational performance through the development and implementation of unique customer facing models.

His ability to create an impactful strategy that can be flawlessly executed across diverse markets has led to multiple brands achieving market leading performance.

Mr. Cavalier is a seasoned executive and investor with over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology sector. Prior to joining Algorithm, he was Chief Financial Offcier of Chief Operating Officer of Mab & Stoke, Inc., a direct-to-consumer health and wellness company. Prior to that, he was the Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Aeolus Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biotechnology company where he was instrumental in winning and managing a $118 million advanced research and development contract from the U.S. Government. Prior to Aeolus, Mr. Cavalier was the founder, portfolio manager and Chief Operating Officer of Xmark Opportunity Partners, a biotechnology investment firm. Mr. Cavalier previously worked for Tiger Real Estate, a private investment fund sponsored by Tiger Management Corporation. He began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. working on debt and equity offerings for public and private real estate companies. He received his B.A. from Yale University and his M.Phil. from Oxford University.

Jason was a founding partner at Omni Logistics and led the company from a start-up domestic freight forwarding operation into an international logistics leader generating $2 Billion in revenue with a presence in 30 countries. Omni Logistics is known for its innovative product development, nimble operating infrastructure, and disciplined business strategy. He led the sale of Omni Logistics to EVE Partners which subsequently culminated in a public transaction with Forward Air, creating one of the largest US LTL companies with combined revenues of $3.7 billion.

Mr. Smith currently leads Omnivorous Investors, LLC, a boutique investment fund comprised of experts that he has worked with throughout his illustrious career. Omnivorous seeks small businesses with innovative products and exceptional management teams and is actively acquiring positions across several industries. He is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a degree in Finance.
