Mike TiltonCEO
Mike Tilton is an industry recognized innovator with a proven track record of launching multiple Blockbuster Brands. He has held Senior Executive positions within the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry and advised multiple start up and private equity organizations.
His forward thinking, guided by extensive experience in marketing, sales, managed markets and operations, has aided Mike in transforming organizational performance through the development and implementation of unique customer facing models.

His ability to create an impactful strategy that can be flawlessly executed across diverse markets has led to multiple brands achieving market leading performance.

Mike holds a B.A. in Marketing from Texas State University and serves on boards of private and not for profit organizations.

David CavalierCOO/CFO
Mr. Cavalier is a seasoned executive and investor with over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology sector. Prior to joining Algorithm, he was Chief Financial Offcier of Chief Operating Officer of Mab & Stoke, Inc., a direct-to-consumer health and wellness company. Prior to that, he was the Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Aeolus Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biotechnology company where he was instrumental in winning and managing a $118 million advanced research and development contract from the U.S. Government. Prior to Aeolus, Mr. Cavalier was the founder, portfolio manager and Chief Operating Officer of Xmark Opportunity Partners, a biotechnology investment firm. Mr. Cavalier previously worked for Tiger Real Estate, a private investment fund sponsored by Tiger Management Corporation. He began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. working on debt and equity offerings for public and private real estate companies. He received his B.A. from Yale University and his M.Phil. from Oxford University.

Mr. Zook has a wealth of commercialization experience in the life science industry gained primarily through his career at AstraZeneca Plc. Mr. Zook held several executive positions at AstraZeneca, including Executive Vice President of Global Commercial Operations from 2010 to 2013.
Jeffrey O'Donnell
Jeffrey O’Donnell, Sr. has extensive experience in the Healthcare industry, merging a solid, traditional corporate background with emerging growth experience. Jeff brings more than 25 years of Board and Chief Executive experience running emerging medical device firms.
Gary Gemignani
30+ year finance & management executive. Currently serves as CFO of Acacia Pharma.
Previously CFO of Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. and also CEO and CFO of Biodel Inc., overseeing business and strategic planning, operations and financing activities of
the company, successfully led Biodel’s reverse merger with Albireo Ltd and managed several corporate restructurings to strengthen Albireo’s overall financial position.
James Ahern
James Ahern presently serves as Laidlaw & Company UK Managing Partner, and Founder of Lucius Partners.
His experience is directly relevant in capital formation, venture capital, investment banking and equity capital markets.

Jim has spearheaded relationships with innovation laboratories at universities that has allowed for the incubation of multiple companies in the LVP Portfolio. He has also worked with entrepreneurs as a funding and advisory partner to move therapeutics, medical technologies, and other assets forward.

Jim Ahern proudly served as the firms head of capital markets, where he is credited with establishing a highly recognized quality fundamental health care brand. With a devotion to brand cognizance, Laidlaw Capital Markets is recognized today as a fundamental health care investment bank providing targeted outreach to relevant health care centric investors. During his tenure, Jim led or played an integral role in providing its clients with over 6 Billion dollars in capital.

Jim currently serves on the board of directors of Algorithm Sciences, Voltron Therapeutics, PD Theranostics, and Aerwave Medical Technologies. In addition, JIM proudly serves on the board of overseers of the Massachusetts bay big brothers big sisters foundation. Jim is Vice Chair of the annual BBBS golf outing, an event which brings in approximately 1 million dollars annually for the foundation. He’s also a proud supporter of his alma mater, The Northfield Mount Hermon School, where he serves as Chairman of the Basketball Academic Center of Excellence.

Matthew Duffy has more than thirty years’ experience in the healthcare arena, as both a Healthcare and Wall Street executive.
Matt is Managing Partner of Laidlaw Venture Partners and Managing Director of Laidlaw and Company.
Patrick Gallagher
Patrick Gallagher, MBA, CFA – Mr. Gallagher currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Voltron Therapeutics, a privately held biotechnology company and as the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors at PD Theranostics, Inc.
Kamal Mubarak, MD
Leading PAH expert in research, treatment and development at Wayne State University and University of Florida and an Investigator in numerous PAH trials.
